A professional sculptor, having been an university lecturer in England, Ghana and Wales for almost 30 years previously

1989: M.Phil, University of Bangor, North Wales for research onto Celtic Art

Recent Exhibitions

1999 Solo exhibition at the TABERNACLE - The Museum of Modern Art Wales.

2000 - exhibited two pieces of sculpture + video photographs and reference to the Tryweryn Monument at the National Museum of Wales Gallery, cardiff, called Certain Welsh Artists

2004. Held an unique exhibition at a church of the Anglican Chaplaincy to the University of wales , Bangor; 'Imagination: Source of Art and Religion'

2004: The Tryweryn Maquette will be exhibited at the British Embassy, New York, USA for the next three or four years

2005: A solo exhibition arranged at Royal Cambrian Academy Gallery at Conwy on October and November

Recent Commissions

Designed a large bronze cauldron for the Celtic exhibition at Celtica Machynlleth

Created several bronze portrait heads of famous people, among them a portrait of Gwenallt ( a Welsh poet) and a recent portrait of Lord Hooson. Seven of the portraits can be seen at the National Library of Wales

Three years ago, created a large bronze portrait bust of Edward Lhuyd (1660-1709),. former keeper of the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, which is situated outside the Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies, University of Wales Aberystwyth

Two years ago, created a bronze cross called 'The Untenanted Cross' - a tribute to the poet R.S.Thomas. Can be seen on the altar of the Anglican Church in Porthmadog
